By accessing and using BLAH! phone ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BLAH! phone provides a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling service that allows you to place international and domestic calls from your browser or mobile app. We provide pay-per-call pricing with no subscription or account required. We provide the infrastructure and tools necessary to connect your calls to mobile and landline numbers worldwide.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service to place calls in accordance with these terms. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information when required
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Accept responsibility for all calls placed through the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you are calling

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, harassing, or illegal content
  • Make unsolicited marketing or spam calls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
  • Bypass or circumvent any usage limits or security measures

5. Payment Terms

BLAH! phone operates on a pay-per-call model. When you purchase calling credits or pay for a call:

  • Charges are based on the duration and destination of each call
  • Rates are displayed before you place a call
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

6. Call Quality and Availability

We strive to provide high-quality voice calls but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Call quality may vary based on your internet connection, device, and destination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monocube LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAH! phone and Monocube LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service. We are not liable for failed or dropped calls, call quality issues, or any damages resulting from reliance on the Service for emergency or critical communications.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BLAH! phone, Monocube LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
