- Unused Credits: If you have purchased calling credits and have not used any portion of those credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

- Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged due to a technical error on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Items

- Completed Calls: Charges for calls that have been successfully connected and completed are non-refundable.
- Partially Used Credits: Once you have started using a set of purchased credits, the remaining balance is generally non-refundable unless there is a persistent technical failure.
- Service Quality: While we aim for crystal-clear quality, minor variations in call quality due to internet connectivity or destination network issues are not typically eligible for refunds.
- Abuse of Service: Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

- Log in to your BLAH! phone account.
- Navigate to your Transaction History or Billing section.
- Select the transaction you wish to be refunded.
- Click on Request Refund and provide a brief explanation for your request.

Once we receive your refund request:
